Sustainability Report Publication
Sustainability is an international trend, and the Ministry of Education also encourages universities and colleges to actively integrate Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into their institutional development plans and subsequently publish sustainability reports.
In 2023, National Formosa University (NFU) published its first Sustainability Report. The report was written in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards and verified by an independent external body based on the AA1000 Assurance Standard, confirming the quality of the report and showcasing NFU's efforts in sustainability to the public.
Based on the concept of a "Resilient NFU," the university will continue to face the challenges of global sustainable development. The school will coexist with the local community by focusing on three major goals: university governance, environmental sustainability, and social inclusion, in order to create a sustainable future.
