National Formosa University actively provides extensive free educational resources to non-enrolled students, fulfilling the SDG 4.3.1 lifelong learning goal, with specific quantified achievements as follows: Free Courses and Certification: In 2024, NFU provided 1 free teacher workshop on the operation of agricultural plant protection UAVs via the Ministry of Education (MOE) platform, totaling 24 hours (3 days), awarding certificates to full participants. Free Use of Physical Facilities: The university library offers free temporary reading permits for off-campus individuals (domestic citizens using ID card, NHI card, or driver's license; foreigners using passport or ARC) to access resources, including the computer area. The Arts Center Exhibition Hall and University History Museum are open to the public free of charge year-round.
