Managing the Higher Education Sprout Project (Sub-project 2, including USR Hub), overseeing USR project implementation, tracking performance, and handling budget control and student staff management.
Organizing the annual achievement exhibition.
Serving as the university liaison for USR projects, coordinating proposal submissions, report submissions, on-site visits, and annual inventory tasks.
Compiling comprehensive USR reports, including results, long-term impact assessments, and annual reports.
Coordinating the filming team for the Social Responsibility Practice Center.
Acting as the university's representative for the Taiwan National University System's USR and Local Revitalization Working Group.
Handling communication for institutional evaluations and long-term development plans.
Managing general administrative duties and special assignments.
Execution of strategies for promoting local community care learning.
Consultation and guidance on the implementation process for service-learning courses offered by various campus units and for all new students.
Recruitment, knowledge and skills training, basic and special education for volunteer programs on campus.
Assessment, management, and certification of volunteer service hours on campus.
Coordination and partnership agreements with external volunteer service organizations, including educational institutions, schools, legal entities, and government-registered groups.
Execution of cybersecurity audit and site visits for external partner institutions.
Organization of seminars for strategic alliance partner institutions.
Assistance with the promotion of unit-specific projects.
Handling administrative tasks and other ad-hoc assignments.
Draft and compile the USR annual report and incorporate university social responsibility into the mid-to-long-term institutional development plan.
Assist in the execution of Sub-project 2 of the Ministry of Education's Higher Education Sprout Project.
Apply for external social practice initiatives and for projects from the Taiwan National University System's USR and Local Revitalization Working Group.
Execute projects related to sustainable development and USR from the Ministry of Education.
Execute social practice and local community care courses that integrate professional expertise with the SDGs.
Organize USR capacity-building workshops and training activities.
Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
